Does ensage modify any dota file? Like if I stop using it right now and play legit, was any files modified?

Ensage does not modify any game files, so u cant get ban on acc where u never used it.

I haven't in over a year. To be safe though, I would recommend to everyone to not keep expensive items on your account that you use Ensage on. You can sell them on OPskins and actually get real money on Paypal instead of the Steam market where you only get Steam Funland Dollars only redeemable at Steam Funland locations.
If someone watched player perspective in a replay. They would see a lack of mouse clicks when using orbwalker?
