windows 10 fresh install and dont wor install netframework 3.5 :(

today lost 6 horst to try install neframework 3.5 on w10 pro
i try all wariants on google search
try reinstaling w10 again and again same problem :(
any solution you know about netframework 3.5 on w10 "because ensage dont work without net3.5" ?

Ensage not needed 3.5 version.
