how to fix my hero suddenly blink very very close to the enemy when doing combo ? (example:tinker)

i am having fun using ensage because i reach 2300 from straigh 1k mmr (guardian to herald ) but as long i play using script i noticed that tinker and invoker blink very very close to the hero while they do the combo, is this script needed to have right settings ? like orbwalker? because i didn't understand what orb worker is on the very first place
