Partial map hack and tp catcher

Hello admins. I intend to back to dota 2 after exam.
There are some questions
1: seem like partial map hack doesn't work with free version
2. Tp catcher can't show sign at mininap, does it due to free version or i set wrong dx(11 instead 9). With old overlay information, some features only work with dx9
