Anyone can tell me what this problem?

I try to make a simple project ,but I add my testproject to the loader, it was say "MSbuildNotFound",I try to reinstall Msbuildtools. it not work. anyone can tell me what this problem?

IDE: Visualstudio 2015
Windows 10 pro
