Game hangs

I have just resubscribed to ensage yesterday and everything is working fine other than that there are bugs(i dont mid bugs). But, just today, i cant play a game with ensage on. Can i get assistance on this? thanks

    Recently there was DotA 2 client update what broke ensage, Admin is aware of this issue.
    If it will take to update longer then escpected then you will also get subscription compensation.

    How do I make sure to get the compensation? I just subscribed yesterday and couldn't play today :(

    You just have to be subscriber. And if compensation days are added after ensage update, you can check here https://www.ensage.io/store/compensation
