Loader does not launch dota

I got fresh install of windows and now loader does not launch dota.
I have all Visual C++ Redistributable, DirectX etc. and set -console at launch options.

    you not need set -console.
    Restart pc

    check your anti-virus or other software it block injection

    That didin't work as well. When i press launch dota at launcher it seems ok, no errors, nothing, but the dota never launches. Normally dota launches when I try to on steam without ensage

    are you listen me? Ensage inject own code in dota 2 client, if something block it = dota will not launch, freeze or crash
