Enola not running

Cant use ensage..
i goin pc format i install steam downloading dota and downloading ensage
and cant opening

you need install Visual C++ 2015 UPDATE 3 X86 and X64
UPDATE 3

I never tried NeeDforKill's solution but you can try that first.

I recently too reinstalled windows and this happened for me too.

This is what I did.
I did a system scan with the following command (enter in command prompt)

sfc /scannow

It showed that some system files were broken and it was unable to fix it.
So I entered this following command.

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

In my case, it finished successfully and did some fixes.

So again I used the sfc /scannow command and this time it was able to do fixes.

I restarted pc, and again used sfc /scannow command.

and it said it didn't find any violations and everything is fine.

Then I started ensage and then steam and this time it was able to load ennola.

Okay, you can solve this problem by Starting Ensage from Admin and Steam from Admin
