Plague ward control

I remember a long time ago there was a venomancer script on the old website that made every ward last hit and deny (Including the plague wards) and would also make sure every hero constantly had a dot on them do you know if this or something similar still exists?

Not that I'm aware of Dude - I really miss it too!
