Refund on 06 Months Payments

Dear Ensage Admin,

I cancelled my subscription back in April because I quit playing Dota.

However, I got my subscription charged until end of October 2020 (which is about 06 months).

Can you please help me to refund those 06 months subscriptions? I set the payment to auto-renew on one month period, I'm not sure why it auto charged me until 31st of October 2020!

you still need to wait for reply.

My sub got renewed too and I am inactive.. Hoping for a refund.

Won't happen I still have like 1-3 months worth when they switched off Windows 7 without warning, when I asked to credit me back they said "Oh get around to it when you get WIndows 10". Messaged them several times in a row, messaged them on discord and got kicked off Discord lol

Don't think any of us are getting any days back especially any refunds...
