Payment problem

As u now turkish people has a payment problem, we cant use paypal and cherry credits takeing so much commission with us, Previously, there was a Turkish official named yeee, He mediated us, It was easy for us to pay, becaus of yeee, but he was banned, what we do now? Will we start paying Chery commissions?

No other Turkish officials other than Yeee?
