Install MSBuild

When I tried to install MSBuild in Ensage, the Visual Studio Installer crashed in seconds. And there is nothing changed in Ensage to load local assemblies. Im using Win10 and have tried installed/uninstalled MS Visual Studio 17 & 19, but it never worked. Could someone help me out?

    BTW there is no logs for this crash in Ensage. The MSBuilder just disapper after few seconds
