Go to this page: https://www.ensage.io/tickets and open a ticket with your issue. The administration will fix your problem as soon as possible.

As mentioned above, simply contact admins by opening a ticket. You also may be required to provide proof of purchase etc.

i was called scammer by amy and thats it lol. im a lifetime member of joduska.me and was told it is good for ensage as well. what a rip off lol.

You probably did not give a correct transaction ID. Working as a past staff member for L#, I can assure you the staff team is professional and will do their best for customers.
