Snatcher

Does 1 mean it is the fastest it can go? Or is higher better? I'm missing runes when other people near them at first rune 50/50 of time with great pc, net and 1 setting.

Some time ago i made changes to improve performance.
Now i reverted that back, tell how it will feel in v. 57
