How to put scripts in Dota 2 ?

Guys I am new in this, I don't know how to put the scripts in dota 2, for example for last hitting , I have no idea how to do that, can you explain to me?

    it's in the loader the assembly you only need is to install it. if you don't know how to install it here. and it tells how to install script try to slow the video because it's too fast.
