Dota 2 freeze when it brings to menu

tried many times restart uninstall still the same. i haven't get problem of this for about 2 months help ty

Installing Ensage
Requirements

Ensage can run only on 64bit Windows 7/8/8.1/10 (XP and Vista are not supported).

If you are unsure whether your Windows is 64bit or 32bit see our Is My Windows 64bit? guide.

Ensage also requires you to start DotA 2 with "-console" option.
(Go to Steam>Libraries>Right click on DotA2>Select Properties>Tab General>Click on "Set launch options" and type in the "-console" option)

Following programs are required for Ensage to run properly.
Download and install them even if you have done so in past to ensure they are up to date.

DirectX 9.0
Visual C++ Redistributable 2010 (x86)
Visual C++ Redistributable 2010 (x64)
Visual C++ Redistributable 2013 (x86)
Visual C++ Redistributable 2013 (x64)

Microsoft Build Tools is required to compile assemblies locally. If you are interested in developing assemblies, please download and install this as well.

i've been having the same issues for the past few weeks just forgot to post about it. whenever the game loads it just freezes at menu, either dx9 or dx11 mode. really frustrating.

make please screenshot if you get problem

this is what i get all the time, dont even get cmd box up to check any other details in ensage.

this is what ensage shows while dota is frozen on the menu.
then after a few minutes it comes up with the timeout error on ensage and dota2 closes.
tried reinstalling steam and ensage it keeps doing it, DX9 or DX11 i've given up i try like every few days see if theres an update fix but nothing works

something blocking the ensage to access the dota 2.
