Core pri-init error-1

Is this just me? Right after hitting Start Dota 2 from the loader

Alright about after 6 tries it worked. But it was giving me the error for a while

i've spent 4 hours just now to solve this problem but with no result.
first i was trying to reboot everything(steam, ensage, my pc) it's not worked, then i decided to reinstall steam(about 1.5-2 hours) and it still not working...i did almost everything and now i know that the problem is inside ensage.
and nobody among ensage's developers wouldn't tell anything about this sh*t???

1.install ensage to another location e.g. C:\Program Files (x86)\ensage or D:\xxx
2.install all windows updates
3.install latest available .NET Framework version for your OS
4.run .net repair tool 5.https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30135
check after each step if it works
