ACTIVE MY LICENSE

I just bought the license again, even though I did not play a whole day in the last purchase , my license was suspended because used refund in paypal but i cancelled inmediatly to activate sending ticket supports and i dont give any reply back, I am very disappointed and it is better for you to fix my problem at the latest in less than 6 hours since I sent the first message, I am serious, I will take drastic actions
