My account show free subscription on ensage apps and also all my paid assembly is gone.

Hello, can you tell me what happened with mya account? its show Gamelimit 0/1, Account julbintara3/free but when i open my profile on browser its show subscribed.
I also see all my paid assembly gone? can you help me?
