CreateProcess Failed to create game process

This error message appears when I click start dota. I couldn't find a thread about this bug, any idea how to fix it?

    my steam is crashing everytime i try load with 0.4.5.21, i guess its ennola.
    somehow i managed to get this error too.

    still cant use ensage unfortunatelly

    cant use ensage, even with new new update .22 , my steam crashes

    Yes, Ensage is currently broken at the moment due to 1.6GB update.
