VAC notice and most assemblies are not working properly

From today im getting something in your computer is blocking VAC and even if i play there is no XP. After 0.38 update most of the assemblies are not working Properly like OD,Pudge, Axe. Plz Fix

    what pudge pudgepro? pudgepro won't work. VAPER is working fine. if you will get this error blocking your search que just close the steam and loader and open it again.

    yes im using pudge pro. how to identify that which assemblies are not working? friend im able to avoid search blocker but im not getting any xp and its not LP(played 3 matches no xp) any idea why?

    as I said close and steam (exit) then open it again
