Stuck at ensage shell waiting for auth

After closing dota while stuck at starting logo NOT RESPONDING a message arrives on ensage says "enola received an unknown vac module . the proccess has been closed to keep you safe!you can disable this behaviour in setting at the risk of getting banned."
Whats the fix for this..?
